These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Travel Talkiz di Islam Shaiful (referred to throughout as "Travel Talkiz", "we", or "us") and any individual or organisation (referred to as "the client" or "you") who makes an enquiry, places a booking, or uses any service provided by Travel Talkiz.
By contacting us, submitting an enquiry, or confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services
Travel Talkiz provides travel assistance, concierge services, private transfer arrangements, guided experience coordination, restaurant and ticket reservations, and related services across Italy. The specific services provided in any given booking are agreed in writing between Travel Talkiz and the client prior to confirmation.
Travel Talkiz acts as an intermediary and coordinator in arranging services provided by third party operators including but not limited to transport providers, tour guides, restaurants, ticket agencies, and accommodation providers. Travel Talkiz is not itself the operator of transport vehicles, tour guiding services, or other third party services unless explicitly stated.
3. Bookings and Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed in writing by email or via WhatsApp by both parties. A booking is not considered confirmed until Travel Talkiz has sent a written confirmation to the client and any applicable payment or deposit has been received.
Travel Talkiz reserves the right to decline any booking request at its discretion.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices for all services are provided in writing prior to confirmation. All prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms are agreed individually for each booking and confirmed in writing. For certain services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking with the balance due prior to the service date.
Travel Talkiz accepts payment by bank transfer and other methods as agreed at the time of booking. All prices are inclusive of Italian VAT where applicable.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation terms are agreed and confirmed in writing at the time of booking and may vary depending on the nature of the service, the third party operators involved, and the lead time before the service date.
As a general principle:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the confirmed service date will be considered for a full or partial refund at Travel Talkiz's discretion, taking into account any non recoverable costs already incurred with third party providers.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the confirmed service date may not be eligible for a refund. Any non recoverable costs incurred on the client's behalf will be deducted from any refund.
- No-shows: where the client fails to appear at the agreed time and location without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Travel Talkiz reserves the right to cancel a confirmed booking in exceptional circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund of any amounts paid will be provided.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including travel dates, flight or arrival details, group size, and any special requirements. Travel Talkiz cannot be held responsible for service failures arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all members of their party hold valid travel documents, visas, and any other documentation required for travel to and within Italy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Travel Talkiz acts as an intermediary in arranging services provided by third party operators. We exercise reasonable care in selecting reputable operators but cannot accept liability for the acts, omissions, or failures of third party providers once a service has been arranged and confirmed.
Travel Talkiz's total liability to the client in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Travel Talkiz shall not be liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, strikes, transport disruptions, or force majeure events.
8. Privacy
Travel Talkiz collects and processes personal data in accordance with Italian and European Union data protection law (GDPR). Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy, available on this website.
9. Complaints
Any complaint regarding a service arranged by Travel Talkiz should be raised with us as soon as possible during or immediately after the service, to allow us the opportunity to address it. Complaints may be submitted by email to [email protected] or by WhatsApp to +39 353 339 9044.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Venice, Italy.
11. Changes to These Terms
Travel Talkiz reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be published on this website. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms
